The Lumberjack of All Trades

MARK THE LUMBERJACK is a woodsman with a bad temper and an even worse drinking problem. THE PROSPECTOR, a gold-hunting old man, awakens a monster within the hills. The fate of this town falls into the hands of Mark and his rag-tag group of rebels: BRICK MCPHERSON, the strong arm with an insatiable appetite, GREASY JOE, the mechanic and Brick’s sidekick, and WINSTON, the old war veteran who can find the humor in any situation. Can this team of troublemakers take down the savage beast that is ravaging the town?

Based on an original teleplay written by Jerry Sohl for The Twilight Zone, ENCHANTMENT is the story of LEONARD FREMONT, a poor schlub who can’t keep his life in track, is plunged amongst a series of bizarre occurrences, most notably the purchase of a small ‘talking’ doll named MAGIC MELODY. This seemingly harmless doll soon expresses it’s murderous intentions to Leonard, who soon realizes he must destroy the maniacal, mechanical monstrosity before it destroys him!
